TransMonk Old-Timey Member Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 That's alot of stats! I'm guessing most of the answers consist of Wright, Reyes, Piazza, Leiter, Glavine, Trachsel, Feliciano and Benitez. I had Delgado for GIDP and HBP, Castillo for Sac Bunt (couldn't think of anyone else) and Pelfrey for balks. It's a shame that I couldn't choose Pedro or Beltran for any of these...but I just couldn't.Games: WrightPlate Appearances: ReyesAt-Bats: ReyesRuns: ReyesHits: WrightDoubles: WrightTriples: ReyesHome Runs: PiazzaRBI: WrightWalks: WrightIntentional Walks: WrightStrikeouts: WrightStolen Bases: ReyesCaught Stealing: ReyesHit by Pitch: DelgadoSacrifice Bunts: CastilloSacrifice Flies: WrightBatting Average (min. 3000 PA): WrightOn-base Percentage: WrightSlugging Percentage: PiazzaOPS: WrightOPS+: WrightGIDP: DelgadoOuts: WrightTotal Bases: WrightExtra-base Hits: WrightTimes on Base: WrightDecisions: Trachsel Wins: LeiterLosses: TrachselSaves: BenitezWin-Loss % (min. 100 decisions): LeiterGames: FelicianoStarts: GlavineComplete Games: LeiterShutouts: LeiterGames Finished: BenitezRelief Appearances: FelicianoInnings: GlavineERA (min. 1000 IP): LeiterERA+: LeiterEarned Runs: TrachselRuns: TrachselHits: GlavineWalks: GlavineStrikeouts: LeiterHome Runs: TrachselWild Pitches: LeiterBalks: PelfreyIntentional Walks: GlavineHit Batsmen: TrachselWalks per 9 IP (fewest): GlavineHomers per 9 IP: TrachselStrikeouts per 9 IP: LeiterHits per 9 IP: TrachselWHIP: LeiterK/BB Ratio: LeiterSingles allowed: GlavineDoules allowed: TrachselTriples allowed: TrachselPickoffs: GlavineGIDP induced: LeiterQuality Starts: LeiterInherited Runners: FelicianoInherited Runners Scored: FelicianoStranding Pct. Benjamin Grimm Old-Timey Member Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 I think Johnny is looking for MLB leaders, not Mets leaders.
TransMonk Old-Timey Member Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 Mother of pearl! Nevermind...I'd avi, but put too much work in without reading the directions.
batmagadanleadoff Old-Timey Member Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 I suppose that the lazy thing to do would be to take Pujols for all the hitting stats, Santana for pitching and Mariano for relief pitching.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 Ooops yeah, meant O.B.B.* leaders. They included a list of them in the Daily Snooze the other day*-Organized base ball, as it was called by the Sporting News for so many years.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 Here's a clue: No Mets or x-Mets are represented in the offensive categories but several appear in the pitching categories...
Gwreck Old-Timey Member Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 I'll start by guessing David Weathers for relief appearances.(I'll also add that I think this would be a lot more fun if people were limited to one guess at a time instead of filling out the whole big form at once).

I'm calling out sharpie and alleging that he is using a baseball almanac.Years later sharpie will admit to using an almanac but deny that it helped him with the answers in any way."Those answers came from God."
