Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 Who will hear these words next?
Guest themetfairy Guests Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 I think it will be Jerry. The lack of enforcement of fundamental baseball play falls on the manager's shoulders.
Gwreck Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 My prediction (not necessarily my opinion) is Omar. I think changing managers bought him time but if the Mets don't make the playoffs this year, he should be worried for his job.
Centerfield Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 I think all are safe for the time being, but if the Mets fall short, Jerry probably takes the hit. One year left on the contract, reasonable salary, Bobby V looming. Sorry Jerry.

Jerry's only got 1 left after this one.Of course this is a trick poll and the obvious answer, even if its not obvious this morning, is Joe Girardi, who should be coming off a 2 of 3 loss to the Mets and still hasn't beaten the Red Sox.
