My prediction (not necessarily my opinion) is Omar. I think changing managers bought him time but if the Mets don't make the playoffs this year, he should be worried for his job.

I think all are safe for the time being, but if the Mets fall short, Jerry probably takes the hit.

I have no idea who the next GM would be. And it's hard to even guess without knowing who'd be in charge of hiring him. Sure, we all want Bobby Valentine. (I do too, although I think I'd actually prefer Davey Johnson.) But my guess is it would be some new guy who's never managed the Mets before. "Disappearing" of guys like Stokes and weird playing-time decisions notwithstanding, he's far more popular than Willie was with the players. Between that and the injury excuse (and the fact that firing him would mean the Wilpons would be paying three managers for this year), I think he'll linger for a while, like gangsta mold.
