How long has this been goin' on ?
How long has this been goin' on ?

Well your freinds with their fancy persuasions
Can't admit that it's part of the scene
But I can't help but have my suspicions
'Cause I ain't quite as dumb as I seem

And you said you were never intendin'
To break up our secret this way
But there ain't any use in pretendin'
It could happen to us any day

How long has this been goin' on?

{repeat lots of times}

Remarkably sparse lyrics, but great vocals and I always liked that song.

bmfc: Ken Rosenthal stirs it up today <<<

I refuse to read past the first two sentences.

The Yanks are coming off a three game sweep, and no-win season thus far
against the Sox and a 'reputable' reporter starts off with Joe Torre?

Cohen wasting no time ragging on the Big Post Office in the Bronx, re: Jeter's first AB:

"And right in front of the wall he catches that pop-up."

Wright with another hit. He's hotter than Frank Shorter's jockstrap at the 25-mile marker.

I'll check after the Mets score so I can hear Kay sobbing.

Let's cash in on this bases loaded situation before I go to dinner with Wifey.

Joba (all bow) hits two batters in one inning.

Mets take lead but still leave too many men on.

Again.

In addition to the runs, it would have been nice if we coulda run his ass out of there too.
I think he was one more ball/hit from taking an early shower.

Agreed, but he Joba'd it.

He's like the version of that guy who became a town cop, and is a hell of an upstanding-- if smug as hell-- one during daylight hours. Only he gets drunk sometimes and gets really racist and "fag"-bash-y when he does... and is still a bully with everyone in his life, including his children.

Oh, and he plays excellent defense.

Passed on going out to see this and enjoy friends' company 'cause of stomach issues.

The LOB ain't helping.

(The Brett Tomko warming in the bullpen? Helping a little bit.)
