Guest Kong76 Guests Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 We gave up on the Community Chest months ago but we really need to do some fund raising. Faith and Fear has a great shirt. I bought one aroundthe time when we were selling our first shirt and it's held up nice througha ton of washes and many questions from strangers of what the heck arethose numbers anyway. I figure we'll use that company for production.I propose a contest of image submissions in this thread that we could eventually vote on, say by 2/1 unless we get a knockout, for a forum tee.The back of the tee would simply have the url like Faith and Fears does in one color that fits the front color scheme.Submit a two or three color (max) image and state/show what color theis/would be and we'll all pick one for fund raising purposes.Winner gets a 48 baseball card collection of worthless '70s and '80 Mets but the worthlessness of them is debatable if you post here. Guest Rockin' Doc Guests Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 I've always been rather fond of this design. A special thanks to Diamond Dad for modeling this great design at the CPF 4th of July gathering in Washington, D.C.
A Boy Named Seo Old-Timey Member Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 Great idea. What happened to the Flynn shirt? I bought me one of the RAMETS ones, but I'd pony up some dough for the Woody one, too.
metsmarathon Old-Timey Member Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 i never got around to finishing this... i should get back to it... m.e.t.b.o.t. needs more menace...
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 I can dig out that CPF logo thing I made a few years ago. That may have been as little as four colors, or could easily be reduced to that.I get the impression though, looking at the linked T, that you are looking for something more no frills and simple.Edge, did I ever give you the revamped Flynn back?
