Guest AG/DC Guests Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 There'll be other shirts. But every tee shirt should trigger a little learning.
soupcan Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 Why are the arrows above the bird different on the shirt than they are from the Ramones logo? Any significance?

metirish Old-Timey Member Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 Placed my order , got the men's black- sleeve jersey and the men's black tee , this is a great idea and they will be a cool compliment to the FaFiF shirt.
Guest AG/DC Guests Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 I've upsized all the images. Hopefully they'll be locked in before your orders are fulfilled.

Call it a month. But we have others in the works.Grote is actually a vestige of an earlier design when I was going for the best soundalikes for Johnny-Joey-DeeDee-Marky and went with Swannie-Grote-Reedy-Hardtke. That would have been more fun, but only for about 10 minutes, and we wanted something with some legs. (Plus, who ever called him "Reedy"?)KC suggested that we go with Mets representing each era, and Grote survived, because, well, you don't get too many chances to give Tom Seaver back the cold shoulder he's given to the fans these many years since his retirement. So his red-ass catcher gets the nod, alongside three of the otherwise fan-friendliest Met legends.Mikey sounds Ramonesish, if not, well, what he was called. Fonzie left at the starting gate again.(The best stuff is the stuff others pick over from afar; nice job all around.)
Guest AG/DC Guests Posted May 12, 2008 Posted May 12, 2008 We've added three different model mousepads and an infant creeper.Don't tell the boss what I've been up to.

Guest Edgy DC Guests Posted May 13, 2008 Posted May 13, 2008 OK, I'm unstickying this. Notice that the link to the store is part of the top banner if you need it. I'll bump this thread up when we add new stuff.
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2008 Posted May 13, 2008 Are there any tax charges for orders being shipped to residents of New York state?
Guest AG/DC Guests Posted May 13, 2008 Posted May 13, 2008 I believe not.I hope you like your gear. Let me know gently if you don't.Else, post photos.
Guest Kong76 Guests Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 Taxes? That's the vendor's headache, not ours, if they should be col-lecting sales tax.Got our first distribution today from the store site! Thanks.Community Chest: http://www.kcmets.com/CPF/CPFcc.pdf
Guest AG/DC Guests Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 Excellent. The first design knocked away 98% of our deficit.
Guest themetfairy Guests Posted May 19, 2008 Posted May 19, 2008 The good news is that the ladies watch arrived today, and it's very pretty. The bad news is that the charm bracelet band arrived in two pieces, so I'll have to get a jeweler to connect it, and the battery isn't working. Thus, I'll recommend that peeps go for the shirts.
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted May 19, 2008 Posted May 19, 2008 That sucks , I hope my shirts arrive with the sleeves attached.

The store offers guarantees, but I'll happily re-imburse you for any costs incurred.
Guest themetfairy Guests Posted May 19, 2008 Posted May 19, 2008 Don't worry about it - for a $15 watch, I can afford a battery.I'm just disappointed that I can't wear it right away (because the design really did come out nicely).ON EDIT - I just futzed with it again, and lo and behold the battery is working after all! So now I'm down to waiting for D-Dad to get home and hope that he can put the watchband together (my daughter is familiar with these kinds of bracelets, and she said there's some kind of tool that jewelers usually use on these things. D-Dad is pretty handy, so hopefully he'll be able to do it.) My apologies for posting before re-futzing with it.
Guest themetfairy Guests Posted May 19, 2008 Posted May 19, 2008 Update - D-Dad was able to put the watchband together
Batty31 Old-Timey Member Posted May 20, 2008 Posted May 20, 2008 My ladies black t-shirt arrived yesterday and it is a bit on the snug side, and I bought my usual size...and nope, I didn't gain weight. I definitely think these are sized smaller. I'm not going to return it..to much of a hassle. I'll wear it around the house. Have any of you guys gotten the men's black t-shirt yet? I'll get that instead if it's true to size. I'm probably going to get the men's watch..the ladies' is too girly for me. Nice to see the mousepads and mugs! Waiting for a cap to be added!
seawolf17 Old-Timey Member Posted May 20, 2008 Posted May 20, 2008 Oh, the look my wife just gave me when I said aloud to myself, "Ooh! Folks have started getting their Crane Pool shirts!"
Guest Kong76 Guests Posted May 20, 2008 Posted May 20, 2008 I do a lot of things on the internet, but my laptop is always open to the CPFwhen KB comes into the room. I know that look.
