Yeah. I'm not really all that impressed with any club in the NLC, so you may as well go with sentiment. The Pirates haven't had a winning season in some 15 years, I feel awful for their fans.

To make a real case for them, in Snell, Gorzelanny, Duke & Maholm, they have the makings of a potentially division-winning rotation. I'm also valuing a bounce from regime change (new mgr/GM) and better years out of Nady & Bay leading a much-needed improvement in the offense.

I love the AL East pick! And I am totally on-board. Oh, can you imagine the carnage -- the carnage! -- if the MFYs finish below the Rays.

Speaking of predictions and me now being Tom Glavine (<-------), I saw that John Kruk picks the Braves to win the division based on their pitching. Hudson, Smoltz and Glavine in particular.

Has he watched Glavine the past few years? These guys look at 13-8 last year and think - wow, Tom Glavine, 13-8. Boy he's still got it!

Oh I saw him talk about that, what was worse though was on the same Eric young( about as useful as tits on a bull) picked the Braves for the NL because of their great pitching and because "Mike Hampton is going to have a great year"......
