Tom FREAKING Glavine getting a close call against DEREK JETER!!!!!

Johnny Damon read the Yankee lineup before the game started. He nicknamed two guys "The Hitman".

Yankeees up 1-0. Almost got out of on a DP ball to Reyes but Posada didn't get doubled up.

Too bad. I would have liked to beat this guy for a few more innings.

I guess it's Ron Villone time.

That's cute that Johnny tries to make that throw.

Delgado stuck out on a slider that was in Pennsylvania somewhere. He's swinging at such garbage lately. Two down.

Seo: >>>Johnny Damon read the Yankee lineup before the game started.<<<

Wright's version was lamer and Damon's was tough to top.

Is Damon's wing that cripple or was he just kinda throwing into the pitcher?

Complete Popgun. He attempted the same thing in the first inning last night with results just as comical.

He looks like I look when I try to throw left-handed and I'm not left-handed.

Who the fuck does Cano think he is?

I always think the greatest sign to bring to one of these ames is

Jose ReYES
Robinson CaNO

And with that, Cano jacks one out.

Glavine on a few occassions this year has this thing where he gives back what we'd just gotten. Today is not the time to mess with that.

Glavman struggling, this could be a long game.

I hope the Mets can really pile on today, and make the Yankees chew up their bullpen, and do more tomorrow to the other Yankee rookie, leaving Boston with an totally burned out staff for the next series.

Range master Jeter blows a Delg grounder--and Damon helps a Wright Shot leave the park.
