MFS62 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 FK, I can't see any graphics on this PC (lazy browser). But the words about Cliff came through loud and clear. Thanks,Later
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2006 Author Posted July 20, 2006 Well maybe you can't see them because I didn't put up any graphics.Reds get back-to-back 1-out singles from Encarnacion & Phillips but no runs in their half of the 2nd.
MFS62 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 I can't see any graphics, so I didn't know if there were any or not.Later
Guest Hillbilly Guests Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 I know what you mean. I don't see any dancing gnomes, but I think they may be here. Can't be sure for sure.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2006 Author Posted July 20, 2006 (No one tell MFS that there's a huge middle finger graphic pointed at him right now)A Glavine single is left stranded in the Met half of the 3rd.

duan Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 I love pitchers having 8 pitch at bats.
Elster88 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 Glavine 54 pitches through 4. I'll buy that.

Elster88 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 Boston fans want to play the "Arroyo's only pitching well because he's in the National League" card. But when you strike out Beltran, Delgado, and Wright back-to-back-to-back, you're pretty fucking good.
Elster88 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 The trade dealine is in 11 days? Geez, where did the summer go?

seawolf17 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 I hate intentional walks. They're fascist.
Willets Point Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 Fan interference and Aurillia brainfarting on the basepath help get the Mets out of this inning unscathed. This could have been a MUCH uglier inning.
seawolf17 Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 Was that a bases-loaded bunt? Is Arroyo drunk, or did the ESPN GameCast just not call that one correctly?
Willets Point Old-Timey Member Posted July 20, 2006 Posted July 20, 2006 'Twas a bases loaded bunt. Oddly Castro went for the tag even though there was a force play at the plate.Actually that's a third thing that worked in the Mets favor to getting out of the inning. Remember this before you drench Glavine with Schaefer tonight.
