I would have had Ewing swing away against anyone else but their funky lefty. He's got to be hard for a LHB to hit even if you've seen him in the past which I doubt Ewing ever had.

I kind of thought that that jive-ass defense by the Yankees at the end (a) wasn't legal anymore, and (b) kind of was beneath them.

For what it's worth, the replay suggests Semien was gonna be in there either way.

I honestly don't know what kind of wheels Brujan has.  Stole a lot of bases in the low minors though.
