Is it just me or is taking unusually longer for pages on this website to load, lately? Seems like the site is running slower.

It's a web-server issue. I got this below here before and also

trying to load the regular ultimatemets dot com site.

My guess is it's a traffic issue. Too many non-humans.

Not a board or site issue, it's a server-side host issue.

I just contacted the hosting company and they tell me the issue has been resolved. (They cleared cache on the server.)

I guess we'll see how it goes.

I've been getting these today:

phpbb3.ultimatemets.com took too long to respond.

And yesterday, maybe the day before, I was getting

some 'Too Many Requests' screens as well.

I was reading on phpBB Today that there may be a

White House sponsored bot that scans boards for anti-

administration posters and it sends some camouflaged

denial-of-service zaps to the hosting servers. They had

reached out to the DOJ to inquire if anything is under

investigation and now phpBB Today has disappeared.

Fun times!

I have seen that one too. Sometimes when I have tried to log in for the first time in hours.

I don't stay logged in here. Too many "visitors".

I was on with customer support again this morning, and they told me there are too many background processes, but wouldn't explain further. They did a few things but I'm not sure how well it will work.
