The Mets officially signed veteran reliever Zach Pop today. They optioned Austin Warren to Triple-A Syracuse and designated Tyler Zuber for assignment.



Pop, a five-year veteran of the Mariners, Blue Jays and Marlins, is available out of the bullpen this afternoon.
