So did this gif a product of a print-to-digital scan, rather than the original digital file? Because I'm suspecting this came from the first batch printed after the ink cartridge had just been replaced, or some modification has either recently been made too aggresively or not made at all.



Beyond the sloppy makeup, look at the vividness of his hat and shirt! The Post photo is from nearly the same moment and the blue isn't nearly as damaging to the retina.
