I think I read somewhere that no Mets club with an 8 game lead has ever not held it at the end, though I could definitely be wrong and I haven't bothered to check

Yeah, game 2 Saturday sukked but the diff came down to their reliever giving them 2+ of shutout ball where as our guy, Medina, was screwing the pooch. It happens.

In the other two games we held the oppo to 1 run over 18 innings in Coors Field with, y'know, those two guys unavailable.

Man, fuck WPIX games. For like the zillionth time.



I had a 3:30-5:30 gig today, but that's OK, as I had a ton of chores to do when I got home, and thought, well, I'll just pull up the SNY recording on YT TV and watch it as a I go.



But NOOOOOO



At least with a live game I can find some dicey stream, click through 50 anime porno ads and find something watchable. But after the fact? No way I can find a full recording of an early game without also seeing the final score.



Watched the 2 min SNY highlight reel. That will have to suffice.
