Cool game. It took me seven guesses to get XXXXXXX, who I know as well as any player.



Some of the information is off, like they didn't have YYYY listed with his new team, so I guess it's locked into the end of last season. They also gave me a yellow tile for the position of a player I guessed, but the correct player didn't seem to have a position adjacent to that one or anything.



Still, excellent game. I'm playing again tomorry.

I didn't understand getting yellow on the age

Yellow in Age column indicates 2 years within players age.

I got yesterday's because it was a Met. A player from any of the other 29 teams and I'd have almost no shot. I tried today's WARdle and I'm totally flailing.

Okay, I got it, but I totally had to use Baseball Reference, once I stumbled onto knowing which division the player is in.

I pretty much have to look at the team roster once I've narrowed down the team if it's not the Mets or other team I'm familiar with, which is probably not in the spirit of things, but otherwise I'm just guessing random names which is no fun.
