Dude is entering his 6th season and age 27 year: This is where we want to have Michael Conforto.

If I had to guess, and I DO have to guess, this being the 2020 Vision thread, I'd predict a Career Year:

35-110 300/400/500

he is on pace for a 62-hr year by the all-star break, but then has a religious epiphany and moves to Tibet to study Buddhism with the Dalai Lama.

Steady but unspectacular. I'll go with a repeat of the .257/.363/.494 line from last year.

Big hitter, the lama...

I don't think his average catches up with his power.

.267-35-110

Now, y'see, if you're only going to post occasionally around here, this is Rusty/September of '84 type of production off the bench.

Michael Conforto is really good, and has been fairly consistent too. I expect more of that, and he's 27. prime time for a few great years.

.266/.380/.510 wRC+ 135. 4 outfield assists. 11 SB. Leads the team in IBB.

He'll probably bat cleanup most days.

NLCS MVP.

Twelfth on the Mets all-time home run list. Should be able to move up five notches, passing former home-run king Ed Kranepool, then Alfonzo, McReynolds, Hundley, and Duda.

1. Darryl Strawberry 252

2. David Wright 242

3. Mike Piazza 220

4. Howard Johnson 192

5. Dave Kingman 154

6. Carlos Beltran 149

7. Lucas Duda 125

8. Todd Hundley 124

9. Kevin McReynolds 122

10. Edgardo Alfonzo 120

11. Ed Kranepool 118

12. Michael Conforto 109

13. Jose Reyes 108

14. Carlos Delgado 104

Career year in HR, RBI and fPOP*. Second most valuable Met in 2020.

* overall fan popularity as calculated by a method too lengthy to divulge here
