Guest Rockin' Doc Guests Posted June 24, 2018 Posted June 24, 2018 Who was it that essentially told me strike outs are no big deal? All these strike outs are rally killers. A moderately deep fly ball or a slow roller gives Nimmo a chance to score the tying run. Watching 3 called strikes gives him no chance of advancing. Put the ball in play and force the defense to make plays.
Guest Rockin' Doc Guests Posted June 24, 2018 Posted June 24, 2018 wow, that in game graphic is unbelievably depressing. The Mets are 4 for 65 with runners in scoring position during their last 13 home games.

Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 24, 2018 Posted June 24, 2018 I went upstairs to say good night to my son and came back down and it was 8-2. I put on something else. At some point, nearly every game, I hit the "ejector seat" button before it's over.
Zvon Old-Timey Member Posted June 24, 2018 Posted June 24, 2018 Post game Mickey says the Mets are doing great things.........pre-game.

As it stands, nobody is a lock to reach twenty.
