  1. It's the sheet music. I'm ethically torn on whether it would be ok to post the actual music sheets. Ethically torn! Me! OE: This one is 1999. I'm also ethically torn about playing Meet The Mets on my acoustic guitar, so don't post those sheets.
  2. That is way kool. What year was that put out? I figured early 60's until I saw the references to Seinfeld and the '96 first pitch. Is that for a CD or sheet music?
  3. Did a nice soft shoe on his way around the bases.
  4. My dimensions were more based on sentimental #'s regarding the team. Who's got their old ballpark? Imagine if a ball caught that curve in the wall the right way (for a Met, wrong for the opposition). The ball would get whipped around all the way to left. OE: File says 2005. Was the stadium mock ups that long ago?

Well, this sucks. He always had a smile. Not just in pictures. IRL too. 6. Kinda cute because of the caveman drawing Mr Met. They should have kept going with Mr. Met through the ages and finally his open casket. What would his tombstone look like? Who does he meet in mascot heaven?
  7. Even with the answer I still can't figure out who this guy is. Brother Theodore. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABO5G6N-er4 Ahh. I remember that guy.
  8. Walls schmalls. They should listen to me and install some wind tunnels behind home.

  15. Doc Maid Itch. Doc Medich. I'm pretty bad at this stuff, lol. PS: Write a letter to Cooperstown! We've got til the 24th to support by letter.

Trout in the DH league, unaninimous. Figured on both. I'm amazed at how much I didn't give a shit after the ROY was announced. I'm usually into it whether a Mets involved or not. I guess because most were shoe-ins.

  19. I read today he is deaf in his left ear (so they project him playing more RF). Funny, the things you learn when a player becomes one of your guys.
  20. WOOHOO! Quite a news day for our Mets.
  21. Look at that autograph. Love it
  22. Well, this is the least they could do to make me happy. I'm curious to see what the most is...
  23. G-Fafif wrote: The worst, in my view. 1988-1992 road, big block NEW YORK that lacked character and resembled MFY road NEW YORK. Combined with moving from St. Pete to St. Lucie, I could feel a certain essential Metness slipping away in the spring of '88. Very kool images. I found the block and the script equally not the classic ol' english (or whatever that font is really called). Anything that isn't sucks. And don't be doing this again. I mean, why. Why underline it and go all cartoony? ...sucks. There's a chance that if they didn't correct these atrocities I would not be a Mets fan today. Cause I couldn't look at those unis. I had to shield my eyes.

Okay, the other one's better. But, c'mon, bud... aesthetically, this ain't no turdpile. This is an assault on my good senses. You put this under the turdpile, so you don't get any shit on the rug.
