I have to think Cammy's days of shifting to a corner OF to accomodate another player are all done. If he had his druthers, that is.

I don't see Lofton as a good fit. I think if you're going to bring in another outfielder it needs to be someone like Nady, who can hit for power in the middle of the lineup somewhere. Basically hit like Alou, either as a righty or a lefty. I don't see a real difference between Chavez/Anderson and Lofton. They are all glorified slap-hitters with minimal power. I'd rather see someone with some pop.

I was shocked when the episode ended and the game was still on. I had a similar evening. When Werth went deep I shut it off and my family and I went for a nice walk. Came home to find out that they had in fact won the game. Good stuff.

What closer from the NL is having a better year than Wags is though? Kerry Wood?

Wright came out -- he was ducking under a line drive while on first and seemed to hurt himself somehow. Waiting on what the deal is.... they're saying maybe his back.

Delgado with the no-doubter to right field and it's 11-0. For all his faults he can still turn on a bad pitch, can't he?

Nice. Stupid Yadier grounds into the routine 6-4-3.

Holy moly. Nice to see them put one away early, for once. And Big Pelf's got the filthies tonight.

Nor can I see any situation where the Braves would trade a marquee free agent to be to a divisional rival, while playoff spots are still far from assured. It just doesn't ever happen that way.

Wow I like the Santana pose on that card. Looks like he's waiting for a visit from Captain Intangibles himself.

Wow... nice break to miss Hamels. Also Santana/Lincecum looks like some matchup.
  23. Fman99
Easley saves a run with a nice pickup on a hard grounder. On to the top of the inning...

No, I take that back. Give me that milkshake, Ramon!

Ramon Castro can drink my milkshake.
