=metirish post_id=175199 time=1728562479 user_id=72] TBS are awful at baseball, some of the camera work etc looks dreadful ,and Costas is the cherry on top ,maybe TBS thinks they are appealing to an older nostalgic crowd with him? I'm enjoying the FS1 in game with Adam and AJ, although the pop Adam could be better, his HR calls have been good though

Regardless of who we face Sunday I'd like them to have to play one more time and spend their best starters/relievers to get there.

I dunno, I kind of want the Royals to beat the stupid Yankees. But I also kinda selfishly want to have the MFYs fall to the Mets in the World Series this year because that would be the ultimate championship vanquishing. Really as long as the Yanquis lose it's good

    No doubt about it.

Two days rest, three outs to get. Hopefully Alvarez can help him keep his head screwed on straight.

Helpful foul ball call there. Really could have gone either way. Three outs left to acquire. Diaz to get a clean 9th against the ass end of their lineup

YUUUGE ground ball to get out of the 7th. Cruising !

That was tremendous. I literally said, as the pitcher wound up, "one swing, right here." So you're welcome fellas

Still not worried. A one run lead ain't shit

Went back and watched the 6 minute 'game recap' on the Mets' web site this morning (as I do the morning after most victories). Clearly the sixth inning was the pivot point - the top of the 6th, where Manaea got Harper swinging and Castellanos to line into the DP, and then the bottom, where Marte got the key two out hit to double the lead from 2-0 to 4-0. Game swung right there.

Padded the lead. Shut the door. Gave Diaz a second day of rest. Everything coming up Milhouse

Five run lead. Three outs. I still feel hopeful. Stanek's full of crank and ready to fire

I'd have traded two runs for the out if you offered it to me ahead of time. Six run lead. Six outs to get. I feel pretty hopeful.

Love it. Manaea collects himself and gets out of a jam against their best hitters
