  1. Nice work there by Jenrry to get out of that Murph-induced mess.
  2. These guys are all taking turns sucking the same, uh, popsicle.
  3. Was so busy at work that I missed all updates from the game today, and then ignored my phone and sports news long enough to sit down tonight and watch the encore. Which, of course, sucked a big fat mackerel.
  4. Hey, smoker, you're heart is about to burst open out of your chest and squirt goo like a chicken Kiev.
  5. Colon served up a meatball there to give up the leadoff single. I'm surprised he's willing to share the meatballs with another person. HIYO

    KTE?

No KTE thread for 2014? What gives? I'd like to once again lay claim to the NYM-NYY series for 2014, if some brave Craner would be so noble as to put the full schedule up here to have folks pick up to the remaining opponents/series...
  7. Do the Mets ever tire of looking like bumbling dopes in front of journalists?
  8. I pick my current favorite, the non-Tejada.
  9. Meanwhile, Tejada's performance-art continues apace: 0-for-3 with a rally-killing GiDP, an error on a routine grounder, and a barking hammy yesterday. He'll start again today, and leadoff, because this is our way. Maybe he's just getting all his crappy play out of his system now, in spring training. Look! A cup! And it's half full! Yeah, it's half full of liquidy shit. And it was filled up by Ruben Tejada.
  10. Dan Warthen, offering a public apology for his tragicomic use of the word "Chinaman." Made ESPN's list of top stories. Good thing the media isn't keeping track of my denigrating comments. They'd have locked me up by now.
  11. I can't say I noticed him either way. I mostly looked up for the hitting, which was plentiful.
  12. I also believe Grandy to be the Kay-Mo of 2014.
  13. This game was broadcast on the MLB Network and I watched it while telecommuting today. The announcers were clearly St. Louis homers, but, it made for good viewing during the work day.
  14. I am finally getting a chance to watch this on the DVR. Mets just GIDP'd in the bottom of the 7th. Ike's shot was quite nice. It's mostly just nice to have some baseball to watch. Fboy was entranced by the broadcast and did not want to go to bed. Good stuff. Time to start eyeballing mid-week matinees in Queens for day trips.
  15. And yet the WPIX games, I am guessing, will continue to be blacked out in Syracuse, despite my cable carrier not offering me that channel. And FIOS will continue to fuck me in my baseball hole until I switch back to Time Warner.
  16. Just set the DVR from my phone to record and watch it later tonight. YAY BASEBALL
  17. I'm all done. Too clinical and too anonymous. I want to post my own results and lobby for them. Who cares otherwise.
  18. "I'm on a diet of just soy. So much soy that my anus hurts. I even rub soy on my genitals and dance around on top of the dugout like the Phillie Phanatic. It's going to show on the field this year, you wait and see."

  20. Who doesn't love a hot drunk girl?
  21. Sounds like fun. I'll be in Alexandria VA that weekend for my brother's wedding. I've yet to attend a game at the Brooklyn park, I'd like to bring Fboy down for that at some point.
  22. ...and Dana Eveland, signed to a minor league deal. Pitched in Korea last year, last MLB time in 2012 with Baltimore. Lifetime 19-25 record, lefty starter/swingman.
  23. I picked 2006. Beltran just sitting on that big dumb curveball and then punching that thing into outer fucking space.

  25. I read this and vomited as I fell backwards deep into the SS/3B hole and flung vomit out towards the living room from my back foot.
