If you guys have anything you need to say to Corey Oswalt or Drew Smith, you may want to get it said now. When these last two signings become official, Mr. DFA might well be knocking on their doors. Daniel Zamora and Guillermo Heredia may also be looking over their shoulders. -
Players have to be designated "hitter" or "pitcher" now (with the exception of two-way guys like Ohtani and the guy from the Reds), and "hitters" can only pitch in extra innings if there's nobody left. Totally dumb. "Nobody left," meaning ... I have to use tomorrow's starter before I can use J.D. Davis?
