Meanwhile, we have to worry about Carlos B. And the Phillies are w/i 3 after a bases loaded walk and then a HBP.

Three Guiseppe Franco's? We usually only have 2!

YES!!!!! Time for more 'roids, Gagne.

That was a pathetic AB from our top RBI guy against a nobody.

Ugly.

Look at Gomez's OBP--with that speed!--yeesh.

Nice work TM. You've raised the bar for the September KTEs.

Add Brandon Knight to list of call-ups (Lugo DFA'd to make room).

If you can appeal, then what about Gooden's one-hitter! Knight should have been charged w/an error: http://www.leaptoad.com/mets/gamedetail.php?gameno=3664

Ain't nothing easy but we'll more than take it.

http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=3562459 Zambrano's arm is tired. WAKE IT THE HELL UP!!!

If they had a 28-man roster at the start of the season, which makes sense, then the owners would have to pay 3 more players a major league salary. Howie said that Ramon will be activated tomorrow so that means 35 Mets.

I understand what Jerry has said about over-crowding the locker room and possible affecting team chemistry, but what if you have an 18-inning game? What if it's a 1-run game, Castro is on 1st, and you have run out of pinch runners? I would rather have too many than too few.

You're welcome. If you're interested, I posted the call-ups in another thread.

From the LoHud Mets Blog--5 pitchers, 4 hitters (no Nixon): There may be additions to this list, although assistant GM Tony Bernazard said Fernando Martinez isnt one of them. Here are the guys we know who will be in Milwaukee tomorrow: Jon Niese, LHP 21-year-old top pitching prospect will make MLB debut Tuesday; 5-1, 3.40 ERA in seven starts at New Orleans; scouting report is 88-92 m.p.h., 12 to 6 curve, pitches inside to RH and outside to LH; likes to compete Bobby Parnell, RHP 23, hard thrower, 6-foot-4, has 25 Ks in 23 IP at New Orleans, but hasnt fared as well as Niese overall; 66 BB in 147 IP this season at Binghamton and New Orleans; 2-2, 6.64 ERA at New Orleans; will probably be slotted into the pen Al Reyes, RHP closed for the Rays last year but was released on Aug. 9; Argenis Reyes, INF Second baseman was just sent down last week during the series against Philadelphia Ricardo Rincon, LHP Mexican leaguer just joined New Orleans; he last pitched in the big leagues in 06; will likely assume Scott Schoeneweis role for the time being as Schoeneweis battles back problems Marlon Anderson, INF/OF you know him, returning from a hamstring injury (hes actually here in Florida already) Gustavo Molina, C a Venezuelan catcher, 26, who batted .206 this year in New Orleans; had 18 MLB at-bats last year with the White Sox; Mets wanted a third catcher Ramon Martinez, INF has played in the majors for the Giants, Tigers, Phillies and Dodgers; batted .289 in 53 games with New Orleans Carlos Muniz, RHP has shuttled between the majors and minors; 2-4, 3.93 ERA in 18 G at New Orleans this year

Both are on the DL.

F U Heilman, and F U Omar for giving us this bullpen.

F U Duaner

Does it hurt, honey? It wasn't on purpose, you moron. The ump should toss Ross for being a little, whiny, baby. Why don't you get Miguel Olivo to hit the 3B coach (I know he's in KC now)?

Siddown Ross, you little bitch.

Thanks for the replies. I forget Al Reyes. I had Ar. Reyes. I edited the list to reflect this.
