You might not believe me but a pitcher named Wilmer Font played for the Mets THIS SEASON. He pitched 31 innings and started 3 games. Anyway, he's starting for the Blue Jays today against the MFYs.

Still a debatable (non) move, but I understand his thinking. Valid, but I don't think that Mickey thinks as thoroughly as you do. He might have wanted Juan's glove to stay around.
Not PH'ing Conforto for Lagares is an impeachable offense. This goes to what I've said about Mickey not doing anything to help the team win via his moves. However, Rajai comes through!
The Nationals are getting their sorry asses kicked by the Braves again today. Charlie Culberson tried to bunt and got hit in the face by the pitch. He was carted off the field. The pitched was called a strike. The Braves manager was unhappy. The Pirates just scored a run this way: Newman singles; (this is one sequence) he steals but it's ball 4 so Contreras doesn't have to throw but he does and it goes into CF so Newman gets to 3d, then Almora (CF) throws it in but it misses everyone and Newman scores. https://www.mlb.com/pirates/video/jon-lester-ball-to-bryan-reynoldshttps://www.mlb.com/pirates/video/jon-lester-ball-to-bryan-reynolds

Congratulations to Edgardo Alfonzo and the Brooklyn Cyclones, 2019 Champions of the NY-Penn League. The first professional baseball championship in Brooklyn since 1955. https://twitter.com/MetsFarmReport/status/1171592464488128512https://twitter.com/MetsFarmReport/status/1171592464488128512

The 2d Sunday game in a row where Mickey made a bad decision and it led to the loss. I can't think of a game all season when he pushed the right button. The Mets go into every game at a deficit because his poor in-game judgment.
What kind of fucking moron takes out Syndergaard, even when he's not at his best, for a POS like Sewald? Can Mickey be fired while the game is on? Frazier is hitting .234 and his OBP is .310 but by all means, put him in.
