] "I have enough money, and I'd rather take less to play somewhere else." Is that how things went down,did he not think that he would get a comparable contract with a team that had a better hitters ball park,I seem to remember him being pretty stupid for turning down that money. -
While I think watching a guy try to steal a base can be exciting far to often he gets stranded on that base,for instance if a player steals second or third with lets say one out and then the next two hitters fail to get him home then to me that theft was a waste in a way.

Dave Roberts SB is one I will remember for a long time,really I don't care all that much for the SB but that one seemed huge at the time and in that series.

Henderson's 130 is nice,that year the A's went 68-94 (.420) ,not so nice.

I just don't think what the Phils are doing to the Mets right now is a fluke,they are putting some beating on them lately.

Didn't the Sox/MFY game start at the same time as the Mets game?,only in the 7th and Kay is talking about breaking the record for the longest 9 inning game,which was Sox/MFY last season.....impossible to watch is the AL.

Costas is a midget or so says B Bonds...for a while back there people were pushing his name for Baseball commissioner,don't hear that talk anymore though.
