It traced how it evolved in this section of the country and then it that one, etc. But then, for whatever reason, chili evolution took some weird left hand turn and is unlike anywhere else. Skyline os the brand/restaurant that helped make it popular. Some love it, others not so much. And if you think Gary is down on Skyline , turn on the radio and listen to Howie rant away some time.
