    Lance Lynn failed in his attempt to stay close to Dickey's greatness allowing 5 earned in 5 innings pitched to the Tigers tonight. His ERA fell to 2.80.

    Dickey's ESPN game score from last night was tied with Humber's prefecto as the the second best of the year. #1 was Cain's perfect game. RA is now blowing everyone away in the CY Predictor stat.

    I might be wrong, but it looks to me like Dickey will line up to pitch Sunday night in front of the whole Yankee felatiating world. I'm hoping it is a nice national spotlight for his All-Star starting hopes. ESPN must be cheezing in their shorts about that.

    Yeah, the kid looks like he's going to be the real deal and he's probably going to give the Mets fits for years and years to come. Now that Chipper is going to retire, I think Bryce will fit the annoying division rival just fine. I hate him already. I truly believe that beginning in about two years, the Mets/Nats rivalry will hit full swing and they will be the teams battling for the NL East every year for a handful of seasons.
