I'll go with 62 IP and 75 K, but otherwise what JL said. He's proven he can't be a workhorse or a starter, but he still has the ability to be decent if used correctly.
The error bars are big with him. The tank could be empty, or he could be at a Shell station right now. But I'll go for a dull medium with 3-4, 3.50 ERA, 75 K over 62 IP.

The best time of the year to have a slump. It's worth pointing out that McNeil got off to a rough start (bat and glove) last season. I'm guessing that whatever offseason regimen he has (assuming he has one) isn't cutting it. But I don't expect any lasting issues.
I'm going to guess he starts at high A and gets to AA for more than a cup of coffee. Not sure the year off will help his K rate, but the raw skills are there.
One of them will have reduced value playing a corner, to be sure. But a repeat of last year for Bradley, a bounceback year for Cain, and a ball that keeps more flyballs in the yard could still make this a net plus for the Brewers.
Bradley goes to Milwaukee for 2 and 24. It's an interesting spot given the presence of Lorenzo Cain, but he wound up doing all right for himself despite waiting till March.
