Just noticed Clendenon's ranking includes RIP

I thought it was "Steve" Henderson. He was on the list as "Stevie." -
I think I read that player ranks are weighted for wins, so if players A and B of the same relative rank played on 100-win and 50-win teams, respectively, player A would have a higher rank. With that in mind, do we prorate service time? Ex. Shawn Green ranks in the 340s. He only played about 40 games with the Mets. Does he get the same weighting as LoDuca, who played the whole 2006 season?
