    Splits: 56 PA at #1, .589 OPS. 42 PAs at #3, .587 OPS. I give him 8 more games (through the end of the upcoming homestand) and then reevaluate. My preferred lineup involves Castillo in the leadoff spot and I wouldn't be adverse to following him with Reyes, Wright, Bay, Francoeur as 2-5.

    I'm convinced that Francouer could passably play center field as well. I don't see Frank Catalanotto providing much defensive or offensive value so if he goes before Matthews, that's fine too.

    I'm not a big fan of tasers but in this particular case, sounds perfectly acceptable to me and if it acts as further deterrent to running on the field, even better.

    11 in a row by Niese...very nice. Ron and Gary having a laugh about the tolls on the bridges between Philadelphia/NJ and New York/NJ, how there are no tolls going to NJ. I wonder why that is?
