    Pedro also didn't come from a hated rival, Glavine is and will always be a brave, and thus an 'enemy', to alot of fans.

    i look at his time as a Met as being pretty neutral, I'll be very happy if he doesn't return though, 41 year old pitchers who pitch to an ERA+ of 96 and command 8 figure salaries should be jettisoned.

    Juan has, at most, 8 full seasons (ranging from 133 to 155 games played) and i'm pretty hesitant to call the 133 and 134 game years "full seasons" though i'm not sure where i'd place the cutoff. injury might not be entirely your own fault, but its still part of your career and your inability to stay healthy needs to be taken into account just like everything else.

    without a doubt it has. i'd vote for Holliday, but Rollins, Peavy, Fielder, Ramirez, and probably a few other guys are up there too. theres no clear candidate.

    whatr did Alomar do wrong? you can at least fire willie and say the collapse ultimately falls on the manager or you can fire Rickey because of the supposed negative influence on Reyes, or you can pick Peterson because the pitching collapsed.... but what can Alomar be blamed for?
