SPOILER ALERT If you look at the boxscore here the answer to number four will be apparent, thanks to the color coding. I never would have guessed it in a million years. Once I was told that it wasn't Jesse Orosco, I was clueless.

For question 4, I'd bet that one half of the answer is Jesse Orosco.

Voting for last Thursday's afternoon debacle in Philadelphia will, mercifully, close on Tuesday morning. If you're masochistic enough to want to revisit that game and cast your votes, please try to do so today. Schaefer POTG 4/7/11 - Phillies 11, Mets 0

Interesting. I doubt that we'll see much of Igarashi, unless Bay's return is delayed for longer than expected.

I'm thinking he's the most likely candidate to give way for Isringhausen. I suspect that Boyer would clear waivers without much trouble.

Edgy DC wrote: I agree with virtually all that Terry Collins indictment. But it begins with pulling Young. I wanted Young to continue too, but 108 pitches is kind of on the high end. Is Young considered "recovered" from his injury, or does he still need to be protected a bit? If it was the combination of the 108 and the injury that caused Young to be removed, I don't think I have a problem with that.

Hu almost beat out that bunt. Not that that makes it a good play, but I'm just saying. I too was concerned about Murphy doing a GIDP, but I would have been inclined to give him his hacks there.

Were you one of those guys in dreadlocks outside the SNY studio?
  15. Benjamin Grimm
Well, I do think they'll be better than we fear, but not as good as we hope.

What? The first six games of a season don't tell you exactly how the remaining 156 will turn out?
  17. Benjamin Grimm
Charlie Samuels wouldn't have let that happen! (Unless he had already sold the EMAUS 4 sign on eBay, of course.)

I still dress like I did when I was 18. Other than when I'm going to work, I'll be wearing a t-shirt or sweatshirt and blue jeans, just like I did 30 years ago. I don't see anything wrong with Rodriguez's wardrobe there (although I do have a personal aversion to hoodies). I have seen more flattering photos of Cameron Diaz, however.

I'm pretty sure that this is the first time we've ever had THREE people post more than 10 points! Ashie62 awarded 10.5 points. The Second Spitter awarded 10.25 points. Frayed Knot awarded 10.2 points. All of their votes were prorated so that they totaled 10.

Okay, on replay it wasn't quite a shove. More like a gentle collision.

Pagan just shoved Murphy out of the way so he could catch a fly to left center.
