And this is where DIY digital online cards have officially Jumped The Shark!



I'm all for the fun of cards that never were, and other DIY stuff, but it does seem a bit out of control when the maker decides to have some fun by replacing a graded card, and do it up in a funky way.

That is true, but the graded aspect makes it seem like it could be legit.

Hey there could be Dock Ellis/1970s Pirates/1975 Topps collectors that could think its a legit variant. You never know.

No, but if they are too bull headed in terms of where to actually look in order to research what Topps produced in 1975, they'd be wasting time hunting down a "rare variant" that doesn't exist.
