Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 I veer away from the Harvey-as-savior perspective, but this is pretty macabre/funny.[fimg=450:23wk1hsq]https://metsinpeace.files.wordpress.com/2015/06/screen-shot-2015-06-14-at-12-57-05-pm.png[/fimg:23wk1hsq]But this... how many points for persistence do you give something like this?[fimg=450:23wk1hsq]https://metsinpeace.files.wordpress.com/2015/06/screen-shot-2015-06-14-at-12-58-51-pm.png[/fimg:23wk1hsq]Take away the 3D model bridge and that's a primo giveaway item.Just saw the Lunchbuckets during the game intro!!

Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2015 Posted July 8, 2015 Fboy and I will be making our annual sojourn on either Saturday August 16th or Sunday the 17th, depending on the forecast and who is scheduled to pitch on each day. We'll decide a few days prior. As always, any CPF'er in attendance is entitled to a free beverage on my dime if we're able to meet up.
Guest themetfairy Guests Posted July 8, 2015 Posted July 8, 2015 I think you men Saturday the 15th or Sunday the 16th.Keep me posted. I have plans that Saturday night but, as of now, am free on the Sunday.
Fman99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 8, 2015 Posted July 8, 2015 Yes, that's correct, the 15th/16th weekend. I will keep you posted, I will know probably by the middle of that week.
TransMonk Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 I'm headed to the Brewers/Cubs game for a company outing. I'll be mildly rooting for the Brewers.I'll be home with more than enough time to see the real game of the day.
TransMonk Old-Timey Member Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 No game today...but in booking my company's group outing for 2016, I got a private tour of the Miller Park clubhouse, dugout and other behind the scenes areas today. Even though, it was 30 degrees out, I'm ready for baseball again.[fimg=600:3i5ctyls]http://i.imgur.com/4UKtRIy.jpg[/fimg:3i5ctyls] [fimg=600:3i5ctyls]http://i.imgur.com/Wr3DHuM.jpg[/fimg:3i5ctyls]I found out on the down-low that the Miller Park Star Wars night will be when the Mets are in town. Shhh.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted December 18, 2015 Posted December 18, 2015 Had we not been there already the series in Milwaukee would be on the list for our annual summer Met Road Trip, but I can vouch for Miller Park as a worthy Metly destination (excellent tailgating scene). We are still deciding between Wrigley in July and Detroit in August for 2016. Miami also a possibility.
