G-Fafif Old-Timey Member Posted July 21, 2013 Posted July 21, 2013 Dillon Gee is 7-7, right there with the '68 Giants and the '72 Jets as not bad, not great. Both NFL franchises were doomed to wander the autumnal deserts for years after they ascended to .500 in what were then 14-game seasons. Gee can take a great leap forward Monday night by outpassing Julio Teheran, who, at 7-5, is still entertaining thoughts of surpassing the Lions and grabbing the Wild Card.Or something like that.
Guest Swan Swan H Guests Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Turner activated, Burke gets Viva'd, Germen gets to stay after some fine performances.
G-Fafif Old-Timey Member Posted July 22, 2013 Author Posted July 22, 2013 Greg Burke is opening his own theater on the Strip, right up the road from Celine Dion's. He's that much of a fixture.
smg58 Old-Timey Member Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 I'm kind of surprised Turner wasn't sent down in favor of Tejada, who's been swinging the bat very well lately. That last spot in the pen is very much up for grabs, and I don't have a problem with Germen getting an extended look here.
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Fair fucks to turner for getting called back up and sticking around, he's like Joe McEwing with a Twitter account.....

Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 (edited) Fish gotta swim, Byrd's gotta fly.Upton gotta sit and wonder why?, why?, why?. Edited July 22, 2013 by Guest
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 It's a small but sweet edge to go to bed and wake up with the knowledge that we have the best outfield defense in the division.
