Funny, I put a dot and carriage return in front of big
purple posts so it looks better but it screws up the look
in a quote. Cheap-ass forum!

I think it looks kool in a quote. You simply should not be able to contain that quote.

"Mark Kotsay announced as a free agent, so Terry's going to bring in a lefthander to face him."

Cohen with a rare case of aphasia there.

Hey, Sports Illustrated's Cliff Corcornan. Yeah, you're the guy who wrote that the Mets are a franchise headed into oblivion and the Padres in the other direction?

Matt Harvey disagrees.

WTF is up with the Camo gloves, Keith?

For next time your in: Keith could only find one of his black gloves today, hence the undercover camo look.

Like David Cone with a strong upper body. I don't even want to make any comparison that rhymes with "weaver."

Hawkins isn't impressing me this evening.

Hopefully it's just that he can't pitch under sub-freezing conditions....

Maybe he shouldn't go with the short shirts in the cold weather.

Until that last hit the only things Hawkins was giving up were soft hits and Ruben's error.
His biggest problem was that he couldn't put anyone away after getting ahead of them.
I never got worried about the last inning, it just made the game 15 minutes longer than needed is all.

So has Terry told Duda that as long as he helps give us a lead, he gets 2 innings of vacation a game?

Great game! I'm off to Dictionary.com to look up the word sartorial.

As long as you are there, could you please look up "undefeated juggernaut" and "winless trainwreck" for me?

Here are pictures if you need assistance:

This is the best I've felt about baseball in awhile.

Get it done tomorrow Gee!!!-----
