bmfc1 Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2011 Posted August 2, 2011 I think it was it Guys! who said last night that the Marlins always play well against the Mets. How about the Mets playing better against the Marlins. What a worthless excuse for a major league franchise. They could be contracted tomorrow and how many people would care? Lets see if that new stadium brings a few more fans. And Chris, please buzz Hanley.
Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted August 2, 2011 Posted August 2, 2011 Alderson should see if Hanley wants to play 2B in New York
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted August 2, 2011 Posted August 2, 2011 I'd be happy to see Capuano somehow avoid his regular practice of surendering 5 runs in the 6th inning.

metirish Old-Timey Member Posted August 2, 2011 Posted August 2, 2011 Olney sent out a stupid tweet last night claiming that Stanton was now the new Mets killer ......he's been in the league how long?

He gives up half a run an inning and can't go more than five.

Not always his fault, and not always bailed out by relievers, but yeah. I was never a big fan.
