Now we need the Shepard Fairey version.

I'm not messing with an iconic image such as this one!

That's my favorite guy ever. If we ever had the Poolie Awards, this guy would have to at least be invited to present an award. Maybe with Creepy Sun Baby.

Great game. Wish we could play the Diamondbacks every week.

I will enthusiastically endorse the "Mex Burger" at the "Keith's Grill" stand in left field. Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Chipotle Aioli, Bacon and Guacamole. Served with chips and -- this is the funniest part -- a tootsie roll pop. Excellent food and marketing.

It's been messed with before. I found it in an old thread.

You don't want to know how far back I had to go back to find it.

I hear you guys but Tootsie Pop or no, if I'm having a burger at Citi, I'm going Shake Shack.

I know, but sometimes I just can't be bothered with that line.

Forget the outfield walls, the single dumbest thing about Citi Field is that they haven't put a second Shake Shack location in the park. It boggles the mind that they saw fit to put in a second Blue Smoke and a second Box Frites location yet there remains only one Shake Shack.

That may be the Shake Shackers' choice.

Meanwhle, that burger in that perspective looks like a beast in a horror film.

It's the BLOB!! That picture is actually taken from BJ's Clubhouse.

The difference is probably wait time. I waited for ~20-30 minutes on the Shake Shack line..at 6:15..on Friday for a burger. Once they get things down at Keith's hopefully it's a quick line. (I waited 20 minutes for that on Wednesday in the third inning) Of course, there are better viewing angles of TVs at Shake Shack, versus Keith's being tucked in a corner with no great viewing angles.

Indeed, and I'm happy to lay blame on them as well as the Mets for this problem.

What, exactly, goes on in the BJ's clubhouse?

Whatever it is, I'm pretty sure it's wholesome. Why else would they let kids in at a discounted rate?

It doesn't appear the B.J.'s deal is exactly sucking in fans...I mean blowing people away...I mean humming along with all seats filled.

That is to say, except on Opening Day, I've noticed it's about as empty as everywhere else in the park. And to my shock and surprise, I walked by Shake Shack around noon on Saturday, while the rain was in abeyance, and there was ZERO line. It was open for business, just not attracting customers. Not that there were many to be had in the vicinity. An hour before game time still usually whips up a line.

I was wondering if that perpetual grin seemed a little wider this season.

Steep discounts on StubHub are probably eating into most Met-promulgated discount shebangs. If you can pick up weekend-day-game, field-level infield seats-- some with rainproof overhang-- for, say, $15, why would you sit in the uncovered OF for $20?

I'm thinking the Shake Shack emptiness was definitely volume-related; by the time we made our way to centerfield on Saturday-- around 1:50 or so-- there was a 10-to-15-minute wait.

Wednesday night. Clubhouse is the last two sections of the middle level. Of course, this was a wednesday in April, not exactly prime time for whatever the target audience is. I think Prom reserved (the upper section in the picture) is cheaper.
