Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted May 25, 2011 Posted May 25, 2011 Nice. Can you put up the one with the bridesmaids again? We need to get a poll going.
Bunt the First Two Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2011 Posted May 25, 2011 Hardly seems worth the poll. There isn't a lot of of contrast. Strong jaws, athletic builds, Palin-type upsweeps to the hair. They're even the same size except for the one on the right. But the photos are fun, even if Dillon's face is sort of treated as a subject to avoid. His hair too, as best as that can be worked.
Guest LeiterWagnerFasterStrongr Guests Posted May 25, 2011 Posted May 25, 2011 Now THAT's wordsmithin'.And some pretty terrible bridesmaids'-dress-tailorin'.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted May 25, 2011 Posted May 25, 2011 If you scroll through the galleries on the site you can find a second bridesmaid shot with some potential but I didn't know how to capture the image.
Ceetar Grand Central Contributor Posted May 25, 2011 Posted May 25, 2011 link the gallery? That reminds me, my wedding albums should arrive today.
Guest John Cougar Lunchbucket Guests Posted May 25, 2011 Posted May 25, 2011 It's all flash magic.Go to http://blombergweddings.com/ then cliuck website --> featured weddings then scroll to Dillon & KariAnn (not that I got too creepy in my investigation). That starts up a slideshow with a Maidy Watch photo (and bad music).
batmagadanleadoff Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2011 Posted May 25, 2011 I feel ancient asking this question, but why would a married couple want to post their wedding pictures on the internet? I don't see any good coming from that.

I don't see any good coming from that. It's way easier sending an e-mail link to people than to print up multiple sets of photos. You can share the pictures with more people, especially friends who live a distance from the bride and groom.

We had nearly 1000 pictures taken (after editting) and we got to see them as soon as she had them ready. Ultimately we had stuff developed, and sent to us, but that was a couple more weeks. (And now the albums arrive today, but they didn't leave 'em at the door so I have to pick them up omw to work tomorrow. disappointing) But actually, ours are password protected (not that it's hard to guess, it's the 6 digit wedding date) so much more secure than the hundreds of pictures that got uploaded to facebook immediately after anyway.

This makes sense to me, but only if the pics are password protected, like Ceetar's post demonstrates.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted May 26, 2011 Posted May 26, 2011 Photographer gives you a lower rate in exchange for permission to show your beautiful C-list celebrity faces on his or her website.(This was not a deal offered to me at my wedding.)

Edgy MD Site Manager Posted May 26, 2011 Posted May 26, 2011 The famous and much-admired Never-Became-a-Sister Christine would win any poll, but since she was the lone bridesmaid at our wedding, it would be a drama-free vote.
metirish Old-Timey Member Posted May 26, 2011 Posted May 26, 2011 That last pic of Gee and company walking on the beach looks like it got bad treatment in photoshop, overly saturated blues.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted May 26, 2011 Posted May 26, 2011 You know some days, when my woman's being mean, and my ballclub is getting battered, and the boss wants everything yesterday, I've been known to get the oversaturated blues myself.

In fact, I don't think my photographer even posted the odd photo to Facebook to show off.
Guest themetfairy Guests Posted June 30, 2011 Posted June 30, 2011 Sad news to report - Willie Harris' wife lost her baby yesterday.
