He can be seen here in a picture I took giving the section above him the finger(s). If you look closely that's him on the stairwell steps with his white MFY cap and Jeter top.

He said he hoped the stunt would undo the jinx put on the new Yankee Stadium by a jersey-burying construction worker, Gino Castignoli of The Bronx. But Castignoli is not concerned. "My curse is working," he said. "It's typical of a Yankee fan to think you can buy a jinx in a bag. When will they learn, you don't win with your wallet but with your heart?"
