I don't know how to post photos, but here's a link with a photo of the new patch -- in addition to the new uniforms for the Rays, Jays and several others...

I like the Shea patch, showing the stadium back in the day with the little panels and again with the neon players. Nice job, guys!

Maybe someone with better skills can post the photo here. (Or can tell me how to do it...)

I hadn't realized that we were coming up on the 50th anniversary of the Dodgers and Giants abandoning New York.

For some reason, those California teams think it's something to celebrate.

Moral of the story: when nothing has ever worked for you sartorially, hit the default button, go with deep blue and only a hint of a secondary color, chill for a few years, and try and slowly your identity again.

Wow, the D-Rays are dropping the Devil from their name. I can't believe I haven't heard about this before.

I do like their new colors, but yeah, they look like they're copying the Dodgers to some extent.

It looks like the word "Ray" no longer means the sea creature, but instead refers to a beam of light. (Judging by the lettering on the uniform.)

Whatever.

They should put a picture of Ray Romano on the sleeve.

Yeah, I like a pizza patch on the shoulder.

There is no doubt this team screwed up its look and identity from the very start. I always thought Stingrays would be a great name. If your team was called the Stingrays they'd kick ass.

Chief Wahoo is awesome. I wouldn't find a similiar jewish guy to be offensive, heck I'd be the first to buy the "Rabbi Chaim" logo hat. People need to get over themselves and just enjoy it.
