A lot of action this week. Most notable is the promotion of my Serfass to AA, and the exchange of the Co's, with Corey Coles promoted to Binghamton, and the sadly overanticipated Ambiorix Concepcion demoted to St. Lucie.

It's almost like the Mets sent down an edict: "Demote everyone named Ambiorix. That is all."

Juan Lagares and Jake Eigsti seem to be switching back and forth between Savannah and the extended spring training camp in St. Lucie. I can't really blame them, as Savannah is awful so far at 9-23.

And, I found out about Abreu. His is in EST because he is having visa problems. He can't get a worker visa, so he can't participate in any games where admission is charged. No word on how long it will take to get the issue resolved.

Mota's already been given permission to pitch for New Orleans and has been in seven games. I should add that he's done poorly.

he's supposed to be about a week or so away from being ready, at that point Green'll be back up and possibly alou shortly after.

If he just hadn't got injured he'd have got 100 or so at bats and may well have got a chance to kick start his career.
