Extra inning trivia: last time the Mets won a game in the 15th inning, they were playing the Braves...I'm guessing everyone else knows the rest.

I think he was just to up on the plate there and created his own tuff hop.
IIRC he was also up in front of the plate on the past play that you mention.
He should have been more on the plate for both plays.

Would be nice if he redeemed himself here, but as far as Im concerned him stickin this game out will also do it.
