Does anybody else remember this? I know somebody had created it, I remember reading about it, I just can't remember where. Couldn't find it on this or the EZboard archives...

IIRC, the winners were:

99 - Kenny Rogers
00 - Rich Rodriguez

02 - Satoru Komiyama

Ok, found it. Was from a comment on UMDB. Was actually awarded to Kane Davis in 2002.

The comment:

Former receipients include: Mel Rojas for 1998, Kenny Rogers 1999, Rich Rodriguez for the 2000 campaign, and Donne Wall in 2001.
