Happened to catch both McLean's start Tuesday and Sproat's yesterday here in Syracuse. Sproat fell flat a bit in the 6th but he cruised through the first five. McLean was lights out the other day.

It’s great that McLean and Sproat are friends. I mean it doesn’t mean anything as far as wins/losses, but kinda cool. Like Baty/Vientos/Alvarez.

Really hoping that these guys work out. The only pitching prospect that has stuck in the last decade is Tylor Megill.

Indeed, they are keeping their powder dry by necessity. But hey, he is a prospect that is working out.
