Tyler Tolbert (Mini Quiz)

Reminds me of someone.  When I first saw him he looked very familiar, but I realized I must be thinking of someone else.  Another black player, tall and lanky, with a round baby face.  Someone else with the initials T.T. that wasn't that good overall, but found a way to get big hits against the Mets.

After some searching, I realized it was Michael A. Taylor.  Not a TT at all.  I'm getting old.

Anyway, while I was there, I took a nice trip down memory lane.  I counted five Mets with the initials T.T.  I would never have gotten this without looking it up.  I'll bet you guys can do it.

Well  Frayed Knot and Ben Grimm beat me to the punch and got the two I thought of.

The only other player that comes to mind with those initials is Tony Tarasco, but I can't remember him playing with the Mets.  I remember him as a Brave, Oriole, & Yankee.

This is where my Mets autograph collection comes in handy. I remembered there was another guy, quad-A outfieldery type, recent. The alphabetical answer list meant his last name started with Ta and it came to me.
