This is a true story. 
I got CVS brand swabs with my OTC Aetna rewards (which has gone from $150 a quarter to $30 but that’s another story). 
 

TWO TIMES in a couple of weeks the cotton came off in my ear too far down for my hubby to get it out even with tweezers. 
Both times I had to pay over $100 to have a doctor remove it because Aetna considered it a surgical procedure. 
 

The doctor finally told me to get the good swabs. ‘Just go to Walmart and get the good swabs’
