Edgy MD Site Manager Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago David Peterson tries to claim the day against Zack Wheeler. Wheeler and Peterson were never teammates, but Zack did play on the Mets with Tim Peterson. And while he has never shared a Mets roster with Brooks Raley, he has with Brooks Pounders, for that matter. Wheels has been gone a while. The last two Mets to play with him were Edwin Diaz and Jeff Mc#$%@! And they too now punch the clock elsewhere.

And some bloopers fall in for the offense. That could happen today. And if that happens 11 more times in a row then we could find ourselves right back in the thick of things.
