ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 Kodai Senga vs Anthony Senzatella Weather says skys will be clearing right around game time Nothing new on Lindor. I broke the same toe by stubbing it on the side of a a TV. It wasn't that painful but I'm not a ballplayerI wouldn't mind the opportunity to see Acuna start again with or without Lindor LGM
kcmets Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 I couldn't find anything on Lindor either. The Mets have not posted alineup yet. The annoying thing about little toe type injuries is therereally isn't anything they can do except immobilize it or stick a needlein it and make it so you can't feel it at all. He's better off sitting for a awhile. One knowingly or unknowingly startsfavoring something then all of a sudden you're tweaking a knee, hip orhammy and things can just get worse.

MFS62 Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 I'm glad to see Mauricio getting an extended look-see to find his stride rather than alternating him with Acuna.Later
ashie62 Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2025 Author Posted June 6, 2025 The Rockies city connect uniforms are uh, colorfulMy primary issue with the Mets is the bridge embossed on the cap. It looks more like a head dress to meOh, Mauricio sucks

Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 He's a Moniak, MONIAK here at Coors! And he hits the ball and on one swing he scores!
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 Pete Alonso, suddenly polished at throwing home.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 If they play back, Taylor should bunt these two over and let Baty pick 'em up.Just stay out of double plays.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 If the catcher catches the hit-by-pitch, don't give the guy the base.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 A lot is made of hitting with runners in scoring position.Just having contact with runners in scoring position would be something.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 There were a lot of pitches that half inning considering that not a single ball was put in play.
The Hot Corner Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 Say what you wish about hitting with RISP, but the Mets are absolutely terrible on such situations.Hard to watch at times.
The Hot Corner Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 Duplicate post. I hate posting from my phone. The offense is still hard to watch at times.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 Well, top of the order now. Get Senga runs.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 Rox batters have been taking better ABs than NYM batters since the very first inning.
Centerfield Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 Lots of potential there but Mauricio does not look ready.
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 Just what we needed with a late start, being on the short end of a 1-0 game which is on pace for >3:00
Frayed Knot Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 Mets have six hits, all of them softies.

The Hot Corner Old-Timey Member Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 Alonso and Lindor are the only Mets hitters I have faith they can come through with a hit when the game is on the line.
Edgy MD Site Manager Posted June 6, 2025 Posted June 6, 2025 Soto does not seem to have a whole lotta ups.
