Alcantara, who was voted by teammates to be the Marlin least likely to still be a Marlin by the 1st of August, pitched on OD vs Pitt: 91 pitches 4.2 IP; 2R; 2H; 4 BB 7K

It was his first action since 9/3/23 as he missed the remainder of that year and all of '24 with UCL surgery and recovery.

The first error didn't hurt thanks to Torrens's caught stealing. Real nice tag by Acuna btw on that CS. Not quite Ordonez/Baez level, but purdy darn good.



Thought Senga was going to get past the second Lindor E-6 too. He got the next two outs but then went: BB - 2-RBI 2B

Pretty good game overall but that 2-out 2B and the early 2R HR were both shots and they did him in.
