We celebrated Lag B'Omer... the "B" stands for Bader.

You have to spend it outside. What better choice than a ball game?

We had a family barbecue and missed the game.

Was out all day, just finished watching now, which also means you guys were spared my bad mood through 95% of that game.

Amazing what a few timely hit will do. Mets had four hits thru the first 8 (with the usual never more than one in any inning).

But then four more in the 9th which, as it turns out, is a good way to generate runs. I wish I had known that prior to today.

Another WPIX game, so I listened to all of it on XM, the first half while driving around running errands and the last half in my backyard sitting in the shade. At least this was a Howie Rose called game.



These Mets are more pallatable without the visuals, most days. Nice win though and a nice moment for Omar

Bunching walks and hits is an effective way to score runs. Maybe they took note of what Cleveland did to them during their sweep of the Mets.
